Selling our existing house and buying a new house at the same time in this market was no easy task, because the houses we liked were being scooped up at a record pace for record amounts of money while he sold our house in just a few days. However, no matter how stressed out we were, Mike was always cool, calm, and full of positivity. Of course, he was right, we found a house we love and our offer was accepted. Unfortunately, getting to closing came with a different set of challenges and setbacks, but Mike never wavered. He is a master at problem solving, hes tenacious, has unmatched knowledge of his responsibilities, and doesnt stop until each task is done. Even when our first lender came to us in the 11th hour saying he couldnt get the loan done, Mike didnt stop. He set us up with a second lender who got the loan done faster than we couldve imagined.
